He advises and teaches clients about the construction process and how to navigate it from multiple points of view. Gary is the founder of Triad Building Solutions in 1991 in Los Angeles. With a degree in Architecture from the University of Oklahoma, Gary's career path led him to discover his true calling outside traditional architectural practice.

Gary ventured into commercial general contracting in Los Angeles. In 1991, Hamilton Construction Company (HCC) was born, focusing on nurturing relationships with clients and subcontractors rather than simply chasing projects.

Over the years, HCC grew into a thriving company specializing in public works projects for prominent institutions like LA City, LA County, UCLA, and USC Universities. Their success extended to interior tenant finish out projects and ground-up medical buildings, earning a reputation for excellence in craftsmanship and client satisfaction.

In 2004, seeking a better environment for his family, Gary relocated to Granbury, Texas. There, he continued his work in the construction industry, overseeing the construction of large hotel complexes in Dallas.

In 2016, driven by a desire to rekindle the values that founded his initial venture, Gary established TRIAD Building Solutions. The ethos of prioritizing relationships with clients and subcontractors remains at the forefront of TRIAD's operations, guided by principles of character, truth, and strength.
