Hamutal Lieberman – Intellectual Property Attorney
Hamutal is an intellectual property attorney who brings a creative and strategic approach to protecting and maximizing brand value. She advises clients on trademarks and copyrights, including searches, applications, and enforcement, and counsels on brand strategy, monetization, compliance, and consistency across multiple channels.
She has worked with some of the largest hospitality groups in the country to launch, redevelop, and protect their brands, and has significant experience in litigation involving commercial and IP disputes. Hamutal is experienced in all stages of dispute resolution, including trial, mediation, arbitration, and appellate proceedings across state, federal, and administrative forums.
She holds a J.D. from Pace University School of Law, graduating cum laude, and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Based in New York, Hamutal is admitted to practice in the state and spends her free time exploring the city’s newest restaurants in search of the perfect cappuccino.​
